You can select two or more businesses to take a common action on the selected businesses. For example, to change the state to Active or Inactive, or to Upgrade or Renew multiple businesses.
In Navigation, select My Businesses.
In the list, select two or more businesses for the common action.
Example 1: Change State to Inactive
In the Change State drop-down, select Inactive option.
Write down the descriptive note for why the selected businesses are Inactive. This note is visible in the business details on public website so that visitors can see the reason why this business is inactive. You can select a date when the business automatically changes to an Active state.
You can also select multiple businesses that are in Inactive state and change their state to active using the same process.
Example 2: Upgrade Plans for Multiple Businesses
If you want to upgrade the plans for two or more businesses, select the businesses from the list. Click on the Upgrade button available on top of the list. The Change Plan options appear where you can take the same steps to upgrade multiple businesses just as you upgrade a single business (see Upgrade a Business Plan for more details).
Example 3: Cancel Plans for Multiple Businesses
You can select multiple businesses from the list and then click on Cancel button available at the top of the list. As soon as You click on the Cancel button, the payment plans for the selected businesses will be canceled and the Renew button will replace the Cancel link shown in Billing column.
