If you have a Gold Plan subscription, you are able to publish up to 4 coupons on LocalArea.com at a time. If you have successfully published coupons in the past but are having trouble now, there are a few things to check.
First, go to your My Businesses page as seen below and check to be sure your business billing state is Active.
Under the State column, you will see either Active, Inactive, or Deactivated as the state of your business. If your business is in Inactive or Deactivated state, you will not be able to publish a coupon.
If your Gold plan is Active, check your Manage Coupons page to be sure you have not already reached your limit for published coupons. If you have reached your limit you will not be able to publish another coupon until you remove a previously published coupon.
If you have checked these potential causes and still believe you are not able to publish coupons in error, please reach out to support@LocalArea.com or raise a support ticket for further assistance.
If you still think that the cloned coupon is eligible for publishing and you cannot publish it, raise a support ticket from your account and our support team will help you.
