The options to publish coupons depends on certain factors, including:
- Your coupon's business plan
- The current state of that business
- The number of coupons that you have published for that business
- The billing status of the coupon's business.
In List of Businesses
In Navigation, select My Businesses.
Locate the business for which you see a restriction to publish a coupon.
In List of Coupons
In Navigation, select Coupons.
Locate the target coupon in the list. In Settings, click on the icon and see the reason of why you cannot publish a coupon.
If you still think that the cloned coupon is eligible for publishing and you cannot publish it, raise a support ticket from your account and our support team will help you.
