When you clone a coupon to a business, its publishing options depend on certain factors. For example:
- The business plan: A Free plan business cannot have a published coupon, and a paid plan business has limit on the number of coupons that you can publish
- The business state: The state and the billing status of the business.
In Navigation, select My Businesses.
Locate the business to which you have cloned a coupon that you want to publish.
In State, check if the business state is Active, Inactive or Deactivated. If a business is deactivated by admin, you can not publish coupons for it.
In Plan, check if the business is in a paid plan. If it is a paid plan, click on Manage Coupons icon in Coupons column. Verify that the number of published coupons have not reached the limit of what this plan allows you to.
In Billing column, check that the plan is current and running.
If you still think that the cloned coupon is eligible for publishing and you cannot publish it, raise a support ticket from your account and our support team will help you.
